EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Ohio Valley Oil Regional Oil and Gas Expo on April 24 is quickly approaching! Please review the following important exhibitor-specific information regarding the event:

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

VENUE
— Carnes Center, St. Clairsville, OH

Exhibitors may have items shipped to the Carnes Center for delivery between 4/18 — 4/23 to the address noted below:

Expo/Carnes Center staff will not be responsible for re-shipment — Exhibitors will need to arrange for re-shipment or pick-up of any supplies directly with the courier. All items must be out of the Carnes Center no later than 10a on Thursday, 4/25.




EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN/SET-UP
— Tuesday, April 23rd from 8:00a - 6:00p

Upon arrival, all Exhibitors will need to check-in with our Expo Team by coming to the main entrance of the Carnes Center and going to the Check-In table. Exhibitors will then receive their check-in packet, which will include:

  • (2) name badges with lanyards (sponsored by RJR Safety, Inc.). NOTE: Your company name will be noted on badges, and there will be space to allow for you to hand-write the names of your company representatives. Extra badges will also be available at Check-In if needed.
  • Site map with Exhibitor booth layouts
  • Exhibitor Reception Tickets. (2) tickets are included per Booth Registration, unless you've purchased extra tickets in advance or are a Sponsor. Please contact the Expo Team if you'd like to purchase extra tickets (available for $40/each).
  • Tickets for Exhibitor Reception giveaway — an OH State football helmet signed by head football coach, Urban Meyer! As the Expo is open to the public and free to attend, your company may bring as many representatives as you need, we just ask that each representative register at the door upon arrival.

Indoor Booth and Tent Booth Exhibitors will be provided with a table, black tablecloth and 2 chairs per booth space. Outdoor Booth Exhibitors may bring a tent as long as it fits in your allotted space, and tables and chairs will be available upon request at Check-In. There will be handcarts and a forklift available on-site for use during set-up and teardown. No Set-Up will be allowed on the day of the Expo, and refunds will not be given for Exhibitors that fail to show-up.




EXHIBITOR RECEPTION
— Tuesday, April 23rd from 6:00p — 9:00p sponsored by Litman Excavating & Construction, Inc. Beverages sponsored by Pickering Associates.

All Exhibitors are invited to attend the Exhibitor Reception being held on-site at the Carnes Center on Tuesday evening after set-up on April 23rd from 6:00p until 9:00p. This event will be catered by Undo's (a local favorite for Italian cuisine) and wine/beer/various non-alcoholic beverages are also provided. Giveaway of an OH State football helmet signed by head football coach, Urban Meyer!




EXPO DAY
— Wednesday, April 24th

  • Breakfast — sponsored by Triad Engineering, Inc. — will be provided for Exhibitors on Expo Day beginning at 7:00a and ending at 9:00a.
  • The Expo will open the doors to the public at 9:00a and close at 5:00p.
  • Conferences will be held throughout the day, beginning at 9:30a in the Wise Building (on-site at the Carnes Center). Schedule and topics are available on the Conferences page.
  • Lunch items will available for purchase during the Expo.



EXHIBITOR TEARDOWN
— Wednesday, April 24th from 5:00p — 7:00p

We ask that all Exhibitors to please be courteous and not teardown early. Penalties may apply to Exhibitors that begin teardown prior to 5:00p. Additional time for teardown will also be available on Thursday, April 25th from 8:00a until 10:00a. All equipment must be removed from the Carnes Center by 10:00a on Thursday, April 25th.

2013 Expo SOLD OUT

The Expo team would like to thank all of this year's sponsors and exhibitors for making our 2013 event even larger than our inaugural Expo in 2012. Information on booth setup, placement and other important information will be sent to all exhibitors via E-mail in the coming days.




Exploring opportunities with the local Oil & Gas Industry in the Ohio Valley.

Ohio Valley Regional Oil & Gas Expo 2013 is a conference in which national and local companies can exhibit their products and interact with key players in the developing Utica and Marcellus supply chain. The conference will provide educational opportunities for the public and other key stakeholders to learn about how this industry will contribute to growing the wealth of the Ohio Valley regional economy.

As the Ohio Valley is quickly becoming a national hub for the continued growth and development of the shale plays, the Second Annual Ohio Valley Regional Oil & Gas Expo will help feature local products, services, and technologies to the local economy. These direct and supporting companies will be on hand to meet key decision makers and players in the industry.

The event is open to the public and free to attend. We ask that all attendees register at the door during the event.
